GROUP MUSIC CLASSES

We offer group lessons for voice, piano, guitar, music theory and home recording. Our teachers make learning in groups effective, fun and meaningful! Keep reading to learn more about our current group classes!

We often view performance as an end result when in fact, each performance is also a practice. You must practice performing to get over the nerves surrounding it. This class will provide the performance experience you need to take your solo singing to the next level! You'll learn to sing with confidence, authenticity and the freedom to express true meaning behind the music.

In Singers Circle, you’ll receive performance-focussed coaching on:

  • Choosing the right song

  • Vocal technique

  • Vocal arranging and style

  • Storytelling, communication and stage presence

  • Overcoming performance anxiety

  • How to better accompany your vocals on piano or guitar

  • How to work with an accompanist

  • How to prepare charts for accompanists

  • Microphone technique

Join us for a double feature of pop trivia and singing! Each week, we will feature a different pop hit from years past and take a look at what was going on in pop culture history at that time. Then, we'll teach you the song and jam it out with guitar or piano accompaniment. No previous singing experience necessary, no auditions and no sheet music...just show up and sing!

In Pop History Sing-Along, you will:

  • Reminisce about TV shows, movies and music albums that made their debuts that year

  • Marvel at the fashion of the time (and be secretly thankful that certain styles and trends haven’t made a comeback…yet)

  • Celebrate (or commiserate about) the big moments in sports history

  • Learn how to sing or harmonize to the pop hit of the week

  • End the night by doing an epic sing-along to the original music video for the song
