Elit Hoti

Elit Hoti (he/him) is a singer-songwriter, performer, and vocal coach specializing in contemporary vocal performance. Known for his warm, encouraging teaching style and strong technical knowledge, he helps singers build healthy vocal habits, confidence, and a deeper understanding of their voice.

With training in both classical foundations and contemporary music styles, Elit specializes in helping beginner and intermediate singers. His goal is to make singing feel more accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable for every student.

Elit began his musical journey at a specialized music high school in Kosovo, where he developed strong skills in voice, piano, and musicianship. He later continued his studies in contemporary music, exploring pop, R&B, folk, soul, and other modern styles. He is currently completing a Bachelor of Applied Music in Contemporary Jazz Voice at Vancouver Community College (VCC).

As both a performer and educator, Elit combines strong technical training with a practical understanding of contemporary singing. He is passionate about helping students understand how their voice works so they can sing with greater ease, confidence, and consistency.

At Chorus Studio, Elit creates a supportive, welcoming environment where singers can build strong foundations while developing their unique artistic voice. He is trained in The Connection Method and believes every singer deserves the tools, encouragement, and confidence to express themselves authentically through music.

Why I Teach

I teach because music has shaped so much of who I am. Being able to share that passion with others and help students discover what they’re capable of is something I find deeply meaningful and inspiring.
