Marie Hui (she/her) is a powerhouse performer and dedicated vocal coach known for her soulful voice and electrifying stage presence. With nearly two decades of experience, Marie brings a high level of artistry and authenticity to every performance and lesson.

You may have heard her singing the national anthem for the Canucks, the Vancouver Whitecaps, or the Seattle Seahawks, or seen her fronting one of the many pop, soul, R&B, or funk bands she regularly performs with.

A magnetic vocalist and educator, Marie helps singers develop their technical foundation, musical style, and performance skills with confidence and joy.

Offstage, Marie is a traveler, motorcycle rider, and mama of two. She holds a Bachelor of Business from BCIT and brings grounded, real-world wisdom to every part of her work.

Why I Teach

I find so much joy in singing and performing, and my hope is that everyone gets to experience that same thrill sometime in their lives. My goal is to help people reach a place where singing feels natural and freeing, rather than scary or intimidating.

I aim to teach others how to sing effortlessly, allowing them to connect with their voices and share their stories. I believe that having the courage to sing in front of an audience can unlock a deeper sense of confidence, empowering individuals to tackle other challenges in life with the same bravery. Singing is just the beginning!
